How to make windows in Hytale

In Hytale, windows are the closest thing to glass you can currently find for decorating your buildings. While real glass isn’t yet craftable, you can craft a few to let light into your creation and give it a cozy atmosphere.

To create windows in Hytale, you’ll need a Builder’s Bench and some wood . To build a workbench, you’ll need six logs and three stones of any kind. Logs are obtained by chopping down trees with an axe. After building the workbench, go gather wood, again using an axe.

Once everything is ready, place any type of wood in the crafting table and select “Window” from the menu that appears. All that’s left to do is click “Create,” and your window will be ready!

The type of wood used apparently determines the appearance of the resulting window. For example, common wood species create a “Rough Window.”
