In addition to the main and rather lengthy storyline, Mouse: PI For Hire offers 14 additional missions that must be completed to earn the “Fearless and Unreproachable” achievement. This guide covers everything related to them: how and when to start, and what you need to do to complete each one.
Since you can skip literally every side quest in Mouse: PI For Hire, it’s crucial to complete them within the context of their associated locations. You won’t be able to return to previously completed levels to complete a missed side quest.
General tips and recommendations
Here are a few things to know:
- All side quests, except two (“Between Alpha and Omega” and “Mouseburg, Top Secret”), begin at the “Detective’s Office” location.
- When a side quest is available, a portrait of the quest-giving NPC appears on the compass at the top of the screen. However, Tammy’s portrait may not always be visible, so it’s important to know when her missions (Kultur-Multur, Jack, Blueprints, Please, The Girl on the Billboard, and Psycho-Secrets) are unlocked so you don’t miss them.
- All side quests can be skipped permanently, as they are only available while you’re progressing through the corresponding main quest. If you complete a main quest without completing the associated side quest, it will be lost. The same applies if you embark on a main quest without accepting the associated side mission.
