Most of the recipes available to Grace involve blood-drawing technology. To craft items, you’ll need infected blood. While Grace doesn’t have an achievement or challenge for crafting all the items, it’s important to know what she can create.

Herbal mixture (Z+Z)
- Crafting ingredients : 2 green herbs.
- How to get : Unlocks automatically after you pick up a green herb for the first time.

- Ingredients for crafting : 1 green herb, 1 herb mix (Z+Z).
- How to get : Unlocks automatically after you pick up a green herb for the first time.

Medical injector
- Crafting ingredients : 1 green herb, 60 units of infected blood.
- How to get : Unlocked after successfully analyzing a blood sample (convergence). The sample is hidden in the east wing, inside a storage closet in the waiting room. To open it, you’ll need a level 1 story ID bracelet.
Med Injector

- How to get : Unlocked after successfully analyzing a blood sample (convergence). The sample is hidden in the east wing, inside a storage closet in the waiting room. To open it, you’ll need a level 1 story ID bracelet.

Homemade knife
- Crafting ingredients : 2 portions of debris.
- How to get : Unlocks automatically after discovering the first wreckage.
Hemolytic injector
- Crafting ingredients : 1 debris, 60 units of infected blood.
- How to obtain : Unlocked after successfully analyzing a blood sample (denaturation). The sample is hidden in the east wing, in the hematology lab itself, where you’ll also find a laser microscope and a blood collection system.
Molotov cocktail
- Ingredients for crafting : 1 empty bottle, 60 units of infected blood.
- How to obtain : The recipe can be found in hard copy in the sleeping quarters in the basement beneath the medical center. To access the sleeping quarters, insert the connecting plug into the generator located in the hallway near the security room.
A bottle of acid
- Crafting ingredients : 1 debris, 80 units of infected blood.
- How to get : The recipe can be found in paper form in the ARK complex, in the observation room, where there is also a safe.
Steroids
- Ingredients for crafting : 1 empty injector, 120 units of infected blood.
- How to get : Unlocked after successfully analyzing a blood sample (reversibility). The sample is hidden in the east wing, in a storage room near the hematology lab, where you’ll also find a laser microscope and a blood collection system. To open this door, you’ll need to obtain a level 1 story ID bracelet.
Stabilizer

- How to get : Unlocks automatically after finding your first shotgun. For example, in the attic of the medical center after encountering a fat Chunk, or purchase it from a supply crate.
Rifle Ammo x5
- Crafting ingredients : 2 pieces of debris, 1 Gunpowder (large).
- How to get : Unlocks automatically after you find your first rifle. For example, on the roof of the medical center, when Leon has to help Grace, who is running to the chapel with Emily.
Submachine gun ammo x40
- Ingredients for crafting : 2 portions of debris, 1 Gunpowder (small).
- How to get : Unlocks automatically after discovering your first submachine gun. For example, you can find a Gal SMG in the underground parking lot of East Raccoon City, beneath the Cedar Creek Apartments. You can also purchase a submachine gun from a supply crate.
Hand grenade
- Crafting ingredients : 1 debris, 2 gunpowder (small).
- How to get : Unlocks automatically after finding your first hand grenade. One drops when killing a chunk in the Medical Center attic.

Tip! If the recipe counter shows 8 out of 9, you likely haven’t yet created both versions of the Herb Mix (G+G+G): first with three green herbs, and then with one green herb and the Herb Mix (G+G).
