The best places to farm Telemetry Transmitters in Arc Raiders

In Arc Raiders, you’ll find a variety of items during your forays into the surface. Among them is the Telemetry Transmitter. It currently has no direct use in crafting, but that doesn’t mean it should be ignored. Here’s where to find it and what it’s actually used for.

Where to find telemetry transmitters

To find Telemetry Transmitters, you’ll need to head to the Stella Montis map, as this is the only location where this item can be found . As an Exodus-class material, its primary locations are:

• Assembly shop
• Workshops
• Medical block
• Lobby

Of these locations, the Assembly Facility and Workshops are the most reliable places to find Telemetry Transmitters. This is because Workshops have an incredibly high chance of dropping rare and epic loot. Specifically, focus on searching the white or blue crates in the various rooms on the north side.

These containers have a high chance of containing items like the Telemetry Transmitter. If you spawn near the Assembly Facility, try to get there as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that due to the quality of the loot, this is a very busy area, and you’ll likely encounter other players.

Another good location is the Medical Bay , located south of the Assembly Facility and divided into several labs across two floors. These labs contain a fair number of white crates and loot containers that can contain rare items, including a Telemetry Transmitter. Be wary of the pair of Shredders patrolling this area. The tight corridors allow them to quickly overtake and corner players.

Finally, the last place worth checking is the Lobby. Specifically, the eastern stairwell, where there are several side rooms and containers. On the second and third floors, you’ll find small rooms with long black boxes or search tables. These have a good chance of containing Exodus materials, such as a Telemetry Transmitter.

However, the Lobby is one of the most popular locations for PvP, as it’s a hub connecting different parts of the map. Don’t linger here for long, especially in two- or three-player modes, where shoot-on-sight is almost always a given. But if you happen to be nearby, it’s a good spot for a quick check-up along the way.

Why do we need Telemetry Transmitters?

The reason Telemetry Transmitters are worth picking up is because when dismantled, you’ll receive one Advanced Electronic Component and one Processor. The former is an extremely useful material used to craft Raider Hatch Keys and is required for completing the seasonal Expedition. The latter is great for crafting Trigger Grenades, one of the best PvP items in the game!

While you don’t use Telemetry Transmitters directly, the materials you get from dismantling them more than make up for the space they take up in your backpack! If you’re in dire need of Advanced Electronic Components, don’t pass this item by during a search.
