Essentially, this is a minigame, of which there are many in the fourth episode of “Bunny.” To access it, Anton Petrov must first befriend Romka and Byasha, and then, in the fourth episode, call the latter to search for Katya. After her disappearance, Anton and Romka explore the so-called “Black Garage.” Here, instead of the expected car with a stereo, a huge industrial meat grinder, designed for processing cow carcasses, is hidden under a cover. Katya is tied up inside the machine, and Romka, accidentally tripping the mechanism, sets it in motion. The minigame to rescue Katya begins.
In reality, it’s a clicker . The player must keep Katya from being crushed by pressing the spacebar or left-clicking anywhere on the screen (not necessarily the “Save” text). The faster and harder these clicks are, the longer and higher Anton will be able to lift Katya.
The minigame is divided into two phases. In the first, the player must hold Katya as high as possible for 10 seconds. Even if successful, her nails will be damaged, and the game automatically advances to the second phase, where holding her becomes even more difficult: Katya is closer to the blades.
If Anton manages to hold her for long enough in the second stage, the minigame counts as a success, and Romka stops the hero. If the player taps too slowly or doesn’t hold Katya long enough, Romka accuses Anton of inaction, believing he didn’t try to save his classmate.
The mini-game has two main outcomes, differing in Roma’s reaction:
- Success (but not saving Katya): Roma stops Anton, declaring that they’ve done everything possible. If Anton won Roma’s Polaroid in the Rock-Paper-Scissors minigame in Episode 3, he’ll be able to take a photo of Katya’s braid for evidence. To do this, hover over the braid and click the prompt that appears. You’ll earn the “Strawberry” achievement. Also, if you had the Polaroid and took a photo of Katya’s braid, earning the fourth piece of evidence will unlock the “X-Files” achievement.
- Failure (Katya still dies): If Anton’s efforts are insufficient, Roma accuses him of inaction. Katya is completely engulfed in the meat grinder, making it impossible to take a photo. You will earn the “Mince” achievement.
In any case, Romka demands Anton remain silent, believing himself responsible for his classmate’s death. Anton agrees not to report it to the police, after which the two heroes go home.
