How to craft hardwood planks in Hytale

The first step is to find an oak or ash tree . To obtain ash logs, look for trees with thick, reddish-brown trunks and dark green foliage . Oak trees have dark chocolate-colored trunks and yellow-orange leaves . Chopping them down will yield oak or ash logs.

To craft planks, take logs to a crafting table and place a stack of them in the appropriate slot. This will unlock the crafting recipes for regular, decorative, and ornate planks (for construction).
