iPhone 18 Design Leaked! Finally, Changes!

While we’re talking about the iPhone Fold and foldable iPhones, Apple has already started working on a new series. The new flagship smartphone series will, of course, be the iPhone 18. Now we’re wondering if this series will offer the expected changes. At this point, the first leaks about the new smartphones have started to emerge, and our curiosity has only increased. Because according to the information received, the new smartphones will offer more significant design changes.

The iPhone 18 features a changed front design this time.

Let’s go back a bit and start by talking about the design change offered in the current series. The current series saw a change in the rear camera area. The camera island was extended, and the phone’s cameras were spread across the frame from edge to edge. While the overall triangular camera design remained unchanged, we saw this structural change in the Pro models.

The leak suggests that the front design will change this time. The iPhone 18 will feature a redesigned front camera and we’ll say goodbye to the notch-like dynamic island design. With Face ID components placed under the screen, the notch area will no longer be necessary.

The camera will be positioned within a single camera hole. The leaked image shows this design positioned towards the upper left corner. This means the camera area won’t be centered; instead, it will be located in the upper left section.

By placing the camera in the corner and reducing the bezel, a more flexible screen design will be offered. Flat bezels will still be used, and this time, there will be no need for dynamic island layouts.

The new rear camera design that came with the iPhone 17 series is expected to be retained and continued. Of course, even if the design remains the same, there will be changes to the camera specifications.

The main sensor has variable aperture support, and there are steps like a lens placement that provides much better depth of field. Now we will wait for new news and leaks to emerge after this process.
