There are currently 25 achievements to earn in the zombie simulator Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, and while all of them can only be earned in the story campaign, many can also be unlocked in endless mode. In fact, sometimes it’s even easier and doesn’t prevent you from maintaining a perfect score!
Below is a complete list of all achievements, including hidden ones, so beware of potential spoilers. But if you want to get all the achievements in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, read on.
Fully armed
- Requirements to obtain : Receive your first inspection tool.
This achievement can only be unlocked in the story campaign. You receive the first tool at the beginning of your first shift, when you take the flashlight from Georgie’s desk . It’s impossible to miss.

For the first time?
- Requirements to obtain : Complete your first day.
This achievement can only be unlocked in the story campaign. Complete the first day in story mode. Cannot be missed.
Urban planner
- Requirements : Upgrade a building in the survivors’ block.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Press the B key to access the base, select a building, and upgrade it. Upgrades cost money, and subsequent Zone levels are unlocked in the “Upgrades” section of the tablet using Research Points ( RP ). Upgrading the base is automatically required as part of the story, so it’s impossible to miss the achievement.
Tow truck
- Conditions for receiving : fulfill the evacuation quota.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Each extraction requires certain conditions to be met; to earn the achievement, you must successfully extract the specified number of survivors in any extraction: on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 21st, or 26th day.

Let’s Light It Up
- Requirements to obtain : Clear the quarantine chamber for the first time.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. When a survivor first turns into a zombie in the Quarantine Chamber, they must “clear” the chamber by pulling the lever on the right side.
Withdrawn!
- Requirements : Confiscate contraband.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Contraband is usually weapons or ammunition. Loot any weapons, grenades, or ammo carried by survivors in their backpacks .
I can read
- Conditions for receiving : complete any task from the notice board.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. The notice board is located at the entrance, at the checkpoint where you check incoming survivors. Each task indicates what to look out for.
A perfect day
- Requirements to obtain : Complete all inspections perfectly within one day.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the Story Campaign. For a perfect check, use all the tools and record every result. It’s easiest to achieve early in the game, such as on your first day of the Story Campaign.
Entertaining Science
- Requirements for obtaining : research the symptom in the laboratory.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Send a survivor with an unknown symptom to the lab, remove their green organ, and analyze it to unlock a new symptom.
Bounty Hunter
- Requirements : Eliminate the contract target from the notice board.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Find the target described in the mission and dispatch them to be eliminated or perform a headshot with a pistol.

Does it really hurt?
- Requirements for obtaining : knock out a survivor with a medical hammer.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Use a hammer (usually to test reflexes) to hit a survivor on the head.
Safety first
- Conditions for receipt : check with the tools of any checkpoint employee.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Use any tool on the nearest soldier or quarantine zone employee. The safest option is a thermopulsator.
Jackpot!
- Requirements : Earn $50,000.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the Story Campaign. Money is earned by successfully examining people, correctly rendering verdicts (sending survivors to the survivors’ block, and eliminating infected), as well as by fulfilling quotas and completing assignments from the Major, starting from Day 7 of the Story Campaign or Day 1 of Endless Mode.
Certified Barker
- Requirements : Shout “Next!” 100 times.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Your character shouts “Next!” whenever you press the left ALT key to call a new survivor to check.
The situation is under control
- Requirements : Eliminate a survivor who attacked you.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Wait for an aggressive survivor to appear at the checkpoint, mouth open, teeth showing, and generally grimacing. Kill them or dispatch them. This achievement works even if a soldier eliminates them for you.

It’s better not to touch this.
- Requirements : Confiscate a zombie body part from a survivor.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. If a survivor brings zombie flesh, collect it to earn the achievement. You’ll get a fine, but you’ll get the achievement for it. Do it at least once.
Deratization
- Conditions for obtaining : kill the rat .
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Rats are running around the base. Kill one to unlock this achievement.
Dinner is served!
- Requirements : Feed the zombie in the cage.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. When a zombie appears in the quarantine chamber, you can (approximately halfway through the story campaign) send it to the cage located in the lab. Place the body bag near the elimination zone on the cart and drag it to the feeding cage. Interact with the body bag when the cart is in the designated area next to the cage containing the zombie.
The whole story
- Requirements : Confiscate contraband hidden in a body.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Use X-ray to find contraband inside a survivor (on the “All” layer). Then, mark it and approach Charlie (the guy in the hazmat suit to the left of the checkpoint). He’ll confiscate it, and all you have to do is pick up the contraband from the tray (if it’s truly a prohibited item and not just regular food).
Good job
- Conditions for obtaining : get the good ending.
This achievement can only be unlocked in the story campaign. Perfect scores will unlock the Good ending. Be sure to cage zombies at least twice out of five evacuations, complete perfect inspections, and complete at least four evacuations.
Evacuation Mastery
- Requirements : Complete all evacuation quotas in one playthrough.
This achievement can only be unlocked in the story campaign. Ensure your survivor bloc has enough healthy survivors to meet each quota on days 5, 10, 15, 21, and 26. Keep an eye on your base upgrades; this will make this task easier.
Turn off the lights
- Requirements : Destroy 5 light bulbs with shots. Electricity must be conserved.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Simply destroy at least five light bulbs using a pistol or hammer in a single playthrough.
Thunderstorm of rats
- Requirements : Kill 30 rats.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the Story Campaign. Progress is counted in both the Story Campaign and Endless Mode. The achievement unlocks after killing your thirtieth rat.
Three-brained
- Requirements : Throw a human brain into a basketball hoop. A clean shot equals a clear conscience.
This achievement can be unlocked in both Endless Mode and the story campaign. Send a survivor with an unknown symptom to the lab, extract their brain, and throw it through the ring before performing the analysis. You’ll have to wait until the survivor’s brain is marked green!
Full paragraph
- Conditions for obtaining : get the bad ending.
This achievement can only be unlocked in the story campaign. This ending can be achieved if you have low inspection scores and unmet evacuation quotas. Don’t send caged zombies, fail several inspections and evacuation quotas, and let zombies breach the wall. But be sure to complete the entire game, up to Day 26!
