Reanimal’s collection system isn’t as straightforward as it might seem at first glance. While there are 110 objects in the game, the actual number of collectibles is actually smaller, as nearly every collectible automatically counts as a secret linked to three separate achievements.
Poster 6 (Achievement “Among the Pines” 13/19)
A few minutes into the chapter, after the dam opens, you’ll spend some time sailing on a boat. After escaping pursuing enemies, you’ll find yourself in a flooded city and, as the story unfolds, you’ll land on the beach. Immediately after exiting the boat, turn left—the poster is hanging on the wall.
Trophy “Mine Sweeper”
To earn this trophy, you need to destroy 20 naval mines in a single playthrough. Actively detonate all the mines throughout the remainder of Chapter 3 and Chapter 6. Once you obtain the harpoon , use it to control the boat using L1 and Square. Chapter 3 alone won’t have enough mines, so take this into account.
Coffin 2 (achievement “Among the Pines” 14/19)
After getting the harpoon and detonating the first mine, you will soon see the hotel straight ahead.
Without entering, turn right toward the flooded city. There will be two mines on the left that need to be destroyed with a harpoon. Then swim to the end of the area and enter the building through the breach. Follow the only path down—there’s a coffin there.
Coffin 3 (Achievement “Among the Pines” 15/19)
After leaving the hotel, you’ll find yourself in a vast sea area with a huge cannon on the central island . Go around it to the right.
In the far back left part of the sea, you’ll notice mountains and a narrow alcove you can swim into. At the very end, a coffin is hidden.
Beast 2, Mask 6 (Achievement “Among the Pines” 16/19)
Return to the boat and dock at the beach on the far right side of the sea, to the right of the island with the cannon. Defeat the seagulls and climb the long ladder leading along the story path to the flower field. Move forward, keeping left, until you see a scarecrow. Hit it to summon the creature, then kill it and take the mask.
Hidden Statue 2 (Achievement “Among the Pines” 17/19, Achievement “For the Repose” 2/5)
Soon after, you’ll enter a large barn with pigs. Immediately after entering, turn right and proceed all the way to the end—there’s a hidden statue there. Interact with it and light the candle before squeezing through the pigs.
Poster 7 (Achievement “Among the Pines” 18/19)
After leaving the barn, you’ll find yourself in a small shed with a tractor. The poster hangs on the wall behind the equipment.
Poster 8 (Achievement “Among the Pines” 19/19)
After escaping the giant bird, you’ll pass through the barn again and emerge on the other side. Continue forward and you’ll find yourself at a bus stop. To the right of it, on the second pole, is a poster. Grab it before sitting on the bench and boarding the yellow bus .
Rest Area 7 (achievement “Rest Area!” 7/10)
Sit on the bench at the bus stop—this will advance the story and count toward the trophy. Afterward, board the yellow bus and interact with any seat to complete the chapter.
