The “Lost Quotes” quest in Where Winds Meet is a wandering story in which the player must find three volumes of “Master Miaoshan’s Quotes” for Huijing in the Bodhi Si region. The game doesn’t provide markers for this quest, leaving only a few vague clues. In this guide, we’ll explain the exact locations of all three volumes.
Start of the task
Head to the location indicated on the map to find Huijing pacing near a large building. Speak with him. He’s searching for three lost volumes of quotations. His clues are as follows: one volume could have been found by a “greedy man,” another was stolen by thieves, and the third is located in a sacred place.
Master Miaoshan Quotes 1
From the Bloomvale Monastery outpost, head southwest to find a stone stele in an open field. The inscription on it reads: “Bow sincerely and gaze upon the sun at the hour of U.”
Use the in-game clock to set the time to U (noon) and bow twice on the green mat nearby. If done correctly, a chest will open at the base of the stele, containing the first volume of quotes.
Master Miaoshan Quotes 2
North of the Bloomvale Monastery outpost (west of the fast travel stone), you’ll find an NPC named Wang Er . He’s standing on the edge of a cliff, admiring the scenery. Use your Celestial Seize skill to steal the second volume of quotes from him.
Master Miaoshan Quotes 3
Head to the point indicated on the map to find a cave entrance at ground level leading deep underground. The cave is inhabited by the guardians of the Golden Pavilion. Defeat all enemies, including Commander Aureate. The third volume of quotes is on a wooden crate next to the bonfire to the right of the battle with the commander.
Reward
Return to Huijing and give him all three volumes to receive the following rewards:

- Coins x5000
- Character Experience x5000 (or Stored Experience x5000)
