The income from it simply doesn’t justify the investment: even with all the upgrades, you’ll need 63 hours of gameplay just to recoup the initial investment.
Forging documents brings in virtually no profit, and in 2026, it’s a complete waste of your time. There are far more effective ways to make money in GTA Online, and this business is arguably the worst of them. Therefore, we advise simply ignoring it.

A bail bonds office can be purchased on the Maze Bank Foreclosures website, with prices for different locations ranging from $1,650,000 to $2,620,000. Owning one gives players access to a rather fun activity: they select a target in their office and then travel throughout San Andreas to find and apprehend them (preferably alive) for a reward. Unfortunately, the rewards aren’t great, and you’ll have to spend hours, if not days, hunting for targets to try and recover your money.
The missions can be interesting, but they quickly become repetitive. The passive income you can earn by hiring Agent 1 and Agent 2 for $1,500,000 isn’t worth it—it takes weeks to break even. While some missions can earn over $100,000, they quickly become boring, and you need to play very actively to recoup your investment. However, if entertainment is more important to you than a wise investment, you might want to give it a try.
Penthouse in Eclipse Towers
Spend 1,100,000+ on a penthouse you’ll never use.

- Why it’s a waste of money : An overpriced penthouse that does the same job as a cheaper high-end apartment.
There was a time when the penthouses in Eclipse Towers were considered the abode of the elite, those players who had amassed a fortune. However, that was back in 2013, and much has changed since then. Today, Eclipse Towers are useless, and players have no use for these homes, which will only drain their money on electricity bills when no one is home.
Penthouses in Eclipse Towers can be used to launch original heists, but that doesn’t make them a good buy, as the same features are available in cheaper, high-end apartments. Even the 10-car garage isn’t a perk—other high-end apartments also have one. If you’re looking for a good home with bonuses, consider the mansions: they provide access to the Main Control Terminal for business management and the ability to boost production in one of your businesses once every 24 hours.
Superyacht
Spend your money with nautical style

- Why it’s a waste of money : A houseboat with no additional benefits or earning potential.
Players can build homes in many locations in GTA Online , but none are as expensive and useless as the Super Yacht. There was a time when it was considered a symbol of wealth, but those days are over. The Super Yacht doesn’t justify its high price beyond status, as you won’t be able to make money off it. On the contrary, it will only increase your regular bills for maintaining the gigantic vessel, its crew, and its captain.
The Sea Raid event might be fun in public lobbies, but even that isn’t worth $6,000,000, let alone additional upgrades that could push the total cost to over $8 million.
A superyacht is purely a way to show off your money and won’t help you make money through additional business ventures, so it might be a good idea to skip this purchase.
Orbital cannon

The Orbital Cannon can be purchased for $900,000 if you own the Aimed Object. While the Aimed Object itself is a good investment, considering the money you’ll earn during your first playthrough of Acts 1–3 of the Doomsday Heist, the Orbital Cannon is a complete waste of money, as it’s only used for trolling other players at an exorbitant price.
While it’s fun to blow up an unsuspecting player from the safety of your facility, it’s perhaps the most expensive prank and way to ruin someone’s GTA Online experience. An automatic shot costs $750,000, while a manual shot costs $500,000. Furthermore, there’s a 48-minute cooldown between shots. The worst part isn’t even the cost of each shot, but the fact that if a player enters the facility, the shot will be wasted.
Brickade 6×6
Buy an acid lab instead of getting one for free
- Purchase price : $750,000 at Warstock Cache & Carry.
- Why it’s a waste of money : You can get it for free during the First Dose and Last Dose missions for Dax, and earn over $1,000,000 for completing them.
The Brickade 6×6 is a $750,000 vehicle from the Warstock Cache and Carry website that serves as the base for an Acid Lab. While the Acid Lab is one of the best businesses in GTA Online, purchasing the Brickade 6×6 is completely pointless, as you can get it for free by completing the “First Dose” and “Last Dose” missions for Dux and the Crazies, which start in Sandy Shores.
Buying a 6×6 Brickade is a complete waste of money, as you’ll also have to pay for the Acid Lab setup and then upgrades. Ultimately, you’ll spend over $1,750,000 to earn only $320,000 every four hours. The Acid Lab is a great business, but it’s best to only acquire it for free through Dax’s missions, rather than buying the Brickade from Warstock.
P-996 Laser
Fight in the skies with a classic fighter jet
- Purchase price : $6,500,000 at Warstock Cache & Carry.
- Why it’s a waste of money : An incredibly expensive fighter that’s outdated compared to more modern vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) models.
The P-996 Lazer is the first fighter jet to appear in GTA Online, and it’s been stolen from Fort Zancudo for over a decade. It’s fast and shoots well thanks to its cannons and homing missiles, but is it worth a whopping $6,500,000? Absolutely not. This vehicle requires a hangar, which is an additional expense. Furthermore, you can get a hangar at Fort Zancudo itself, which removes the wanted level and allows you to simply steal the fighter jet from the military without spending millions.
The P-996 Lazer is not only incredibly expensive, but it’s also not the best fighter. The Raiju and Hydra have long since taken its place as the best, and they’re much cheaper. This aircraft doesn’t even have a vertical takeoff and landing mode, making landing difficult. Therefore, we can’t recommend spending money on this aircraft unless you’re truly nostalgic.
