One of the best places to find it is on the Forgotten City map. Find the two buildings east of the Abandoned Highway camp. Your chance of finding the orb increases during an Electromagnetic Storm or a Night Raid.
In the first building, you need to jump across the gap to the apartment opposite . There are lots of boxes and cabinets there, which might contain the orb. Then, exit and enter the building opposite the raider hatch , go up to the third floor, and hack one of the barricaded doors.

What is the purpose of the Spectacular Snow Globe?
The item has two uses. The first is obvious: it can be sold for 7,000 coins , which will significantly boost your budget. The Epic Trinket cannot be recycled, so selling it is the only way to monetize it. At the time of writing, the orb is not required for active projects.
