Location : Delecia, Mount Benus, Blue Forest.
Approach the shrine from the east. Destroy the mobs until the bar on the left reaches 0. Once this happens, the shrine will be liberated.
Note : If you move a few meters away from the shrine, previously placed items will return to their original positions. However, if these items have already been in Yellowbeak’s cauldron, and you retrieved and placed them from there, they will be placed back in the cauldron. Once freed, you’ll find yourself at the top of the ruins. Look north and drop down into the rubble just below. If you land on a small building, jump off the northeast side and look up at it. Note that the central section can be grabbed using the Climb ability.
Approach it and press F + LMB to lift it up, then quickly grab the reactor core with the Axiom Power. Seal it in Yellowbeak’s Cauldron or simply take it to the reactor located above, to the west. Insert it into the square hole and use Palmara Strike (Power Palm). Simply approach it and click the mouse wheel , or use Palmara Strike: Transfer if you’ve unlocked the skill in the green skill tree. In this case, you don’t need to detach the Axiom Power: while holding the core, click the wheel when green leaves appear.
All the columns are intact, so once the core is installed, the witch Liselia will appear, completing the quest. You’ll unlock several new recipes in Kilnden’s workshop with Grimnir. If the witch doesn’t appear automatically, move closer to the illuminated square area near the reactor.
