Arc Raiders Photograph and Collect Quest Guide

The “Photograph and Collect” quest on the new Stella Montis map in Arc Raiders consists of several stages. These can be completed in different runs, but some items require a successful exit from the location. Here’s a detailed guide.

How to photograph rovers in the Sandbox

The first objective is to take a photo of the rovers. To do this, head to the “Sandbox” point of interest in the lower tier of the map, in its center. Be careful: this is an open and dangerous area.

As you descend into the sandy area, you will see several rovers in plain sight.

Approach one of them to receive a yellow hint and take a photo. Step one is complete.

Where to find documents at the checkpoint near the Lobby

The next point is the checkpoint near the Lobby. This is also an open area with good visibility for other raiders, so proceed with caution.

In this large area, look for a door on the east wall marked “Security: Restricted Access.” If you haven’t already hacked it, you’ll need to do so—make sure it’s secure before you begin.

Go through the door and immediately turn right to the reception desk. You can search for the necessary documents here.

After this, all that remains is to find two specific items.

How to find the Magnetron and Flow Controller

The Magnetron and Flow Controller are random loot throughout the Stella Montis map. You’ll need to carefully search crates, lockers, and broken containers.

The in-game tooltip states that these items are most often found in Exodus-type locations. Focus on such areas, such as the Assembly Point of Interest.

Loot everything you can and then go into survival mode to try again. Items have a fairly high chance of appearing. Just make sure to put them in your augment’s “safe pocket” to avoid losing them if you die, and then deliver them to Speranza at the extraction point.
