The “Labyrinth at the Entrance to the Smoking Lands Desert” puzzle in Crimson Desert is solved using the “Axiom’s Power” (grav-cap), which allows you to rotate multiple tiles, and the “Palmara Strike” (power palm). To unlock both abilities, continue progressing through the main storyline. Eventually, Cliff will gain access to both abilities.

The puzzle is located in the Smoking Lands, in the northern part of Demeniss. It can be solved by flipping 11 tiles to the correct symbol—either the sun or the moon.
To reach the puzzle, you can travel on a mount or teleport to the nearest active Focus or Abyssal Stone. Luckily, there are two Abyssal Stones near this puzzle.
How to solve the maze puzzle at the entrance to the Smoking Lands Desert
Use “Axiom’s Power,” then activate the “Palmara Strike: Transfer” skill to flip the tiles the other way. If it doesn’t work, adjust the angle of your power or move closer and try again. This skill is unlocked with Abyssal Artifacts (don’t expect it to become available during the story!).
The first six stone discs are located around the location of the Abyssal artifacts. Each tile must be flipped to its symbol. To determine the correct symbol, look at the platform in the center of the puzzle, next to the Abyssal Stone. Match it with the stone tiles in the maze. White indicates the tile should be on the moon side, orange indicates the sun side.
When a tile is flipped correctly, it makes a clicking sound and glows blue on the center platform.

Tile #1: From the central platform with the clue, turn south and flip the disk to the sun symbol. Aim and use Axiom’s Power, then use Palmara Strike: Transfer to flip the disk.
Tile #2 – Turn northeast and flip the disc to the moon symbol using the same skills.
Tile #3 – Turn northwest and look at the tile above the cliff. Climb up and rotate the disc to reveal the moon symbol.
Tile #4 – Turn east, go behind the wall, hold the disc with the Power of the Axiom, then flip it with Palmara Strike: Transfer onto the sun symbol.
Tile #5 – Move southeast, climb the wall, repeat the process and rotate this disk to the sun symbol.
Tile #6 – Go up to the previous tile, rotate the disk on the wall to the sun symbol.
Tile #7 – Head southwest along the edge of the maze and rotate the disc to the moon symbol.
Tile #8 – Jump down through the gap in the ground, go forward, then left, right, and left again. Reach the end of the tunnel and rotate the disk to the sun symbol.
Tile #9 – Return to the Abyss Stone, climb up the northeast wall, jump to the tile and rotate the given disk to the moon symbol.
Tile #10 – Head northwest, rotate the disc to the moon symbol, but be careful of the poisonous mushrooms.
Tile #11 – Return to the Abyss Stone, head west to the broken wall, and drop down the hole. Go forward, then right, and rotate the disk to the sun symbol.
Once all the tiles are turned correctly, the central platform will flip over, revealing the Abyssal Stone and the Abyssal Artifact hidden within.
